Who We Are and How We Got Here

MULUS is a lifestyle born out of a desire to simplify and enhance the experiences of those who lead active, adventurous lives.  

As I sat on the beach with my family, I couldn't help but notice two bags my sisters-in-laws were carrying. One was a semi-hard body tote, and the other, well, let's just say it was a sad-looking neoprene backpack. Both had cool features, but it was evident that they fell short of fully meeting the needs of active individuals like us. That's when the question arose, "Why not create a bag that combines the best of both worlds and truly serves its purpose?" 

As the mental gears were turning on my way home while stuck in the infamous Jersey Shore traffic, I formulated a vision. I reached out to my friend Colin. Over time, together, we began to craft a solution that would cater to those who live life to the fullest. Our diverse backgrounds, filled with activities like lacrosse, fishing, hunting, boating, training JuJitsu, hiking, and beach days, provided the perfect foundation for innovation. 

After countless conversations and brainstorming sessions, we began to draft numerous designs and concepts. Months of meticulous planning ensued, and not only did we finalize a design that would genuinely enhance the lives of active individuals, but we also developed our team and a comprehensive plan to bring our vision to life.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
